‘Myna’ has not bagged break even position in the box office for NS Rajakumar and Nagashekhar but it has also bagged bag full of awards.

Nearly 20 awards from various place fallen to the kitty of this ‘Myna’ team. Nagashekhar hit hat trick from this film is another distinction of the film. ‘Myna’ Kannada film is now remade in Gujarati, Oriya and Bengali.

Exhibiting all the awards won by ‘Myna’ director Nagashekhar announced a series of films. He is also planning to clip his upper lip for one of the films. He is just consulting on this issue.

Film No.1 is ‘Sanju Weds Geetha’ sequel. In the last scene Ramya delivers a baby and dies in the film. That is shown in the film as girl child. That child is shown as grown up and it is Kriti Karbanda likely to take up that role. There is also tragedy end to the hero Srinagara Kitty in the film. There is one dumb character in the sequel and that is played by Nagashekhar. His brother Ram Chiru is directing the film. The metro and rain background is the need for Nagashekhar.  This announcement is made on November 11, birthday of Nagashekhar.

Film No.2 – This is ‘Myna’ sequel and everything is at the fluid stage. Nithya Menon and Chetan Kumar will be continuing and NS Rajakumar also continues as producer.

Film No. 3 – This is Gadiyaara which he has announced. This will be shot entirely in USA.
